Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in retail analytics, reporting, or BI.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts.
• Strong analytical and data integrity focus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports across sales, labor, inventory, shrink, and expenses.
• Develop, maintain dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and other reporting tools.
• Respond to reporting requests from Store Operations and leadership.
• Analyze performance vs budget/forecast and identify variances.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve reporting and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate questions into analyses.
• Communicate findings via reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Protect confidential information and ensure data governance.
