Job summary

Jordan’s Furniture in West Hartford, CT is seeking a team member to balance face-to-face customer service with administrative duties in our busy retail store office. The role involves assisting customers and supporting sales consultants while handling orders, payments, delivery setup, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner to create raving fans.
• Assist sales consultants with finalizing sales orders including payment transactions and delivery setup.
• Contact customers to resolve delivery and service issues, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Reconcile cash drawer at end of shift.

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour
