Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Minimum Requirements

• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Effective communication skills

• Any retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
• Ability to create a welcoming environment for customers
• Knowledge of products sold within the department
• Ability to recommend products and inform customers of specials
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates
