STORE/NIGHT CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
  • Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail experience
  • Second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
Responsibilities include:
  • Promoting trust and respect among associates
  • Creating a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making suggestions about products
  • Gaining and maintaining product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Recommending grocery items and informing customers of specials
  • Checking product quality, reviewing sell-by dates, and taking appropriate actions
  • Labeling, stocking, and inventory management
  • Reporting discrepancies and safety issues to management
  • Ensuring food safety and proper storage temperatures
  • Practicing safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents
  • Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
