Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead and develop associates in delivering exceptional customer service through effective floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery on the sales floor.

You will coach and train staff to execute brand standards and merchandising directions while partnering with the Merchandising Manager and Operations to ensure optimal product presentation and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction, accomplishing product presentation and adapt as needed with Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor where product is displayed clearly and compellingly for customers.
• Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishing as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Coach, train and supervise merchandising associates to execute company direction to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities in store, ensuring price changes and ticketing procedures are accurate.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools adhering to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support and partner with Operations on merchandising incoming product and efficient execution.
