Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in merchandising, pricing, and customer service on the sales floor. You will coach, develop, and supervise staff while executing merchandising processes to maintain brand standards.

You will drive product presentation, ensure accurate pricing and sign changes, and collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to adapt direction to store needs and layouts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards and pricing per visual direction.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor that is clear and compelling.
• Replenish stock based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to brand standards.
• Lead pricing activities and ensure accurate signage and ticketing.
• Support training on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
