Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead store merchandising, pricing, and recovery on the sales floor. You will coach associates, teach visual standards, and partner with the Merchandising Manager to ensure alignment with brand direction.

The role emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, and delivering an engaging customer experience through effective product presentation and floor recovery. Candidates should be 18+, with strong communication and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards and adapt to the layout and needs of the store in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Re-merchandise and replenish in-store inventory based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to execute company direction and brand standards.
• Perform pricing activities and ensure accurate ticketing and price changes.
