Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering excellent customer service through floor merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will teach, coach, develop and supervise the team while consistently executing merchandising processes to brand standards.

As part of the role, you will oversee product presentation, maintain a recovered selling floor, manage stock levels and support training on merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual direction and adapt based on layout and needs.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Replenish merchandise based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute merchandising directions to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities and ensure accurate sign changes and ticketing procedures.
• Support training on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Operations on merchandising incoming product and efficient execution.
