Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking personnel to maintain store merchandising standards and pricing integrity at our Kendall, FL location.

This role involves using the Tags-On-Demand system to price, label, and move products while assisting customers with product selection. We are offering full-time and part-time positions with a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Assist with merchandise returns and bring saleable items to sales floor.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage; update signage with price changes.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Stock and clean merchandise according to standards.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Coordinate with Department Managers on SKU creation and price changes.
