Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to the sales floor.
• Follow safe lifting SOPs and store protocols.
• Assist customers as product knowledge expert and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Update signage based on price changes.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Stock and arrange products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Notify colleagues about in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKU creation, pricing, and returns.
