• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and provides training on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan; arranges products and signage per guidelines; maintains inventory integrity.
