Job summary

Five Below is looking for a store management professional to oversee receiving, merchandising, and daily operating routines at our Dayton location. You will supervise associates, handle opening/closing tasks, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining promotional displays.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends. Starting hourly pay is $15.00 with opportunities for growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensuring accurate signage.
• Operates opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, with staff and operations responsibility.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan and ensures promotional materials are current.
