Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager for our retail locations. You will oversee stock receiving, merchandising, and daily operations to ensure a smooth, customer-friendly experience.

You will lead store associates, manage shifts, and uphold company standards for promotions and inventory integrity. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays, ensuring signage and promotions follow guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and supports onboarding and training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes market plans with proper signage and updated promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
