Five Below in Statesboro, GA is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee daily store operations and drive sales with smart merchandising. You will manage openings/closes, supervise associates, and ensure exceptional customer service.

As Manager on Duty, you’ll train staff, enforce policies, and coordinate with store leadership to meet goals. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role within a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and seasonal updates per corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed; responsible for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Helps onboard and train associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
