Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for SEABROOK to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing, promotions, and visual standards.

You will ensure a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management. You will lead truck processes, planogram implementation, and in-stock optimization, while coaching team members and maintaining policy compliance to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading and managing SOPs and store programs.
• Experience in merchandising, pricing, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and maintain store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement and pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and returns processing.
• Train, coach and develop team members; partner in asset protection.
