Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and flow merchandise to sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
Support clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
