• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards across store.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, merchandising flow, and in-stock availability.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN receiving processes.
