Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store operations and SOP adherence.

• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards across departments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and compliance.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and successful promotional execution.
