Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Roswell, GA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and operational execution. You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to maintain a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include supporting SOPs, store conditions, MOD coverage, and staff coaching to achieve sales readiness and shrink reduction. Overnight and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with merchandising and planogram execution.
• Strong pricing accuracy and promotional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and store operations to ensure visual standards and planogram compliance.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines and in-stock optimization.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and uphold service standards.
• Manage replenishment, stock movement and backroom organization.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
