Job summary

Five Below is a leading value retailer where managers drive daily operations, oversee teams, and ensure an engaging shopping experience. This role focuses on receiving stock, merchandising, opening and closing the store, and maintaining strong customer service standards.

The candidate will supervise associates, assist in training, execute the market plan, and uphold inventory integrity while managing schedules and safety.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage.
• Handles opening/closing store operations including cash and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage.
• Ensures the execution of Inventory Integrity process.
