Michaels Stores in Stoneham, MA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning and strong inventory management.

Lead and develop a team, oversee planogram execution, and maintain high standards of presentation, pricing integrity, and stock control in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with SOPs and company programs to stay compliant.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed and store conditions meet expectations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Operate store-in-stock optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, promotional signage, and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and ensure accurate order processing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Foster a culture of safety and customer service.
