Job summary

The Michaels Stores-based Merchandise Manager role in Pearland, TX leads merchandising and store operations to deliver clean, shopper-ready conditions. Responsibilities include in-stock planning, Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV/ASN processing, and adherence to SOPs and policies. 3+ years of retail leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Lead and develop team members, provide MOD coverage, and maintain store conditions and results.
• Oversee stock movement, in-stock optimization, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Manage RTV/ASN processing and loss-prevention practices.
