• Handles opening/closing of the store, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, with staff oversight, customer service, and issue resolution.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and coordinates training and policies.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and updated promotional materials.
• Ensures compliance with Inventory Integrity processes.
