Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Operations role to manage receiving, stock organization, and display maintenance while ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines. The candidate will also oversee opening and closing procedures and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

Requirements include a High School diploma, college experience preferred, and at least 2 years of management experience. Aflexible schedule with weekend work is expected; ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages store displays and signage, following corporate reset and seasonal guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash security, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, leading store operations and staff.
• Provides onboarding and training support to associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and customer service excellence.
