The role focuses on pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and maintaining a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management.

The position requires 3+ years of retail leadership, hands-on involvement in planogram execution, and collaboration with store leadership to align staffing with business

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and flow merchandise to the sales floor.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Maintain stock integrity, shrink control, and asset protection practices.
