Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage a diverse team. This role oversees shipment, replenishment, omni-channel activities, pricing updates, and markdowns while focusing on performance, people, and processes.

You will train staff, optimize schedules, and ensure excellent guest service. The position requires retail leadership experience and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and common software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong collaboration and organizational abilities to manage a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Review financial and operational reports regularly to guide actions.
• Lead by example in guest experience and training of associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
