Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll and expenses.
• Retail management: inventory control, merchandising directives, service culture.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top‑line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to schedule staffing within payroll targets and communicate needs to the GM.
• Perform makeup demonstrations, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, dress code, and safety standards.
