Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Lead to drive store merchandising, pricing and recovery while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll act as an expert in your departments, executing merchandising processes aligned with brand standards and customer experience.

In this role you will maintain product levels on the sales floor, handle price changes and ticketing, support associate training, and partner with teammates to optimize incoming product for a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards according to guidelines and brand standards.
• Maintain product levels on the sales floor through replenishment based on sell through.
• Execute timely pricing changes, ticketing, and sign changes.
• Follow product protection standards to minimize loss.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Partner with other associates on merchandising incoming product with a focus on customer experience.
