Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and maintain a clean store.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and store procedures.
• Communicate priorities with management and ensure safety compliance.
