Job summary

TJX is seeking a Retail Associate at TJ Maxx Store Gibsonia PA to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will help ensure an excellent customer experience and model service excellence.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing of merchandise.
• Engages customers to provide an excellent customer experience and maintains store cleanliness.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organizes back stock, prioritizes tasks, and ensures proper tagging and coding.
• Monitors team productivity and supports safety and compliance.
