Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong merchandising and showroom standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and ensure compliance with company programs.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, sort, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized store environments and backroom efficiency.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and pricing integrity.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment and timely order processing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Mitigate shrink through asset protection practices.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
