Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Lead to execute sales floor merchandising, pricing and replenishment while upholding brand standards and customer service. You will lead merchandising processes and ensure accurate presentation and pricing across departments.

You will also train staff, manage replenishment according to sell-through and seasonality, and partner with store leadership to enhance the shopper experience while maintaining loss prevention and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
