Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Lead to drive store merchandising, pricing and recovery while delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure product presentation adheres to brand standards and guide the team in daily operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, remerchandising, executing price changes, training associates on standards, and collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following guidelines for product presentation.
• Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishment as necessary.
• Execute timely and accurate merchandising according to company guidelines and brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities (price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately and efficiently.
• Follow and ensure adherence to product protection standards to minimize loss.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards and tools.
• Partner with associates on merchandising incoming product with a focus on customer experience.
