In this role, you’ll act as the Store Team Leader’s go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, training and coaching your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards, floorset execution, and guest-ready replenishment. Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store setting.
• Ability to train and coach staff to meet visual and merchandising standards.
• Strong focus on floorset execution and guest readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver best-in-class guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff to meet store needs and KPIs.
• Provide real-time coaching and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards across zones, including fitting rooms.
