Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, including unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution, ensuring sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across sales floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage store damages procedures to reduce shrink and report issues.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and safe operations.
