Job summary

Staples is hiring Merchandising & Inventory Supervisors to support Sales Floor Merchandising, signage standards, inventory management, back-room operations and customer service. You will coach and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and coaching a team in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and store operations.
• Ability to engage customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store.
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Perform weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changeovers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers to present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store environment and handle front-end responsibilities such as cashier and returns.
