Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the PHX-PEORIA, AZ area to drive merchandising and operational execution across the store. The role covers MIDNIGHT truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready environment.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including planogram sets and visual standards.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store readiness and service standards.
• Lead workload planning, staffing alignment and daily task prioritization.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to ensure in-stock levels.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving, and inventory integrity.
• Manage channeling of ad sets and price changes to ensure timely execution.
