• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor flow
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual standards
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy and promotions
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and store leadership
• Train and coach team members across departments
• Ensure SOP adherence and policy compliance
• Oversee Ship-from-Store and RTV/ASN processes
• Drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy
