Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, payroll and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule optimization and payroll budgeting in collaboration with leadership.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demos.
• Maintain attendance and enforce policies consistently.
• Develop and coach associates for growth and performance.
