Serv-U-Success in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and keep the store customer-ready each day. You’ll work hands-on in-store, supporting merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building relationships with customers and teammates.

This full-time role offers daytime hours (6:00am–2:30pm) and a starting wage of $16.00/hour up to $18.00/hour based on experience, with availability needed on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store tasks.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide great service.
• Collaborate with store leadership to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time and report completed work.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
