Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring a part-time Store Representative in Flint, MI. This role supports stocking, merchandising, and store operations to ensure every customer sees a ready, welcoming environment.

Day shift between 6:00am and 5:00pm, with weekday and weekend availability, and compensation starting at $16.00 per hour up to $18.00 per hour based on experience. You'll work hands-on in-store, collaborate with store leadership, and help maintain safe, organized spaces while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations when scheduled and assigned (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
