Job summary

Lowe’s Store Support Center in Mooresville, North Carolina is hosting a 10-week Summer Internship Program for Store Merchandising – Concept Design & Integration / Visual Intern. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting the development of innovative merchandising concepts and visual experiences that bring Lowe’s brand to life in our stores.

You’ll work with cross‑functional partners to translate ideas into compelling visual stories, learn design thinking, and contribute to projects that enhance

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Expected graduation December 2027 or May 2028.
• Ability to work at Lowe’s Store Support Center in Mooresville, North Carolina for the duration of the internship.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development of visual merchandising concepts and in-store experiences.
• Translate concepts into visual presentations, mockups, or design materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Store Merchandising, Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, Design, Space Planning, and other business functions.
• Balance creative concepts with operational feasibility and business requirements.
