Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on developing talent.
• Experience driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Proven ability to monitor inventory levels and execute merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Lead scheduling, training, and development to enable continuous performance improvements.
• Provide feedback to field leadership on trends, opportunities, and operational challenges.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
