Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager at our Burlington, NJ store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.

Lead workload planning and partner with leadership to align staffing with business needs. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, with a focus on in-stock optimization, POS and store processes, and customer-ready

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience with truck processing and inventory routines.
• Proven ability to lead store operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOP compliance and company programs.
• Oversee store conditions and results; hold team accountable.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Direct truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and coordinate staffing with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Maintain backroom organization and customer-ready environment.
• Manage inventory control and stock movements.
• Execute price changes and maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Manage damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
