Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes to ensure timely unloading and accurate sorting
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation
• Manage inventory control, including stock movement, pricing accuracy, and damage reporting
• Coordinate ad sets, ensure promotional signage and product placement are customer-focused
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes with documentation accuracy
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building
