As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, the Store Manager - Wireless Retail is currently seeking a self‑motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team.

Job Purpose

• Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑the‑spot redirect coaching.
• Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
• Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
• Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
• Perform up to 10 Business to Business sales outreach appointments per week.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Weekend availability required.
