The Store Manager - Unassigned is responsible for learning and supporting the company’s culture, demonstrating strong leadership, motivating and supervising team members, and understanding merchandising, shrink control, and store operations. The role requires knowledge of the local market, customer base, seasonal opportunities, competitors, and other factors influencing the business. The Store Manager - Unassigned is a role model, problem-solver, and strategic thinker, managing time effectively to meet budget goals.
This position involves learning store operations within 6 to 12 months, with a willingness to relocate afterward.
A successful Store Manager - Unassigned must demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and management skills with limited supervision. Effective communication, hiring and firing capabilities, customer service orientation, organizational skills, data interpretation, and multitasking ability are essential. The role requires physical ability to stand for long periods, handle merchandise, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is necessary.
