The primary responsibility of a Family Farm and Home Store Manager - Unassigned is to learn and support the company's culture and philosophies. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and supervise team members, along with gaining knowledge in merchandising, inventory control, and store operations. A successful candidate will understand the local market, customer base, seasonal trends, and competitors, acting as a role model and strategic thinker to meet store goals.
Store Managers - Unassigned will learn store operations within 6 to 12 months and must be willing to relocate thereafter.
Candidates should demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and management skills, with excellent communication abilities. They should be comfortable with hiring and firing, customer service, data interpretation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, handling merchandise, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is necessary.
