uBreakiFix by Asurion in Missouri is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a busy repair and retail team. You will coach technicians and customer-facing staff, set daily priorities, and ensure a high-quality customer experience from check-in to pickup.
You will drive store sales, manage inventory and repairs workflow, monitor KPIs, and coach for accountability while maintaining a clean, secure, and organized store environment.
uBreakiFix by Asurion is looking for motivated, hands‑on Store Managers to join our growing team.
We are looking for leaders who know how to manage people, drive sales, create accountability, and run a strong daily operation. This is not a position where you manage from an office. Our Store Managers are actively involved with their teams, customers, sales, repairs, inventory, and day‑to‑day execution.
If you enjoy developing people, solving problems, driving results, and building a high‑performing team, we want to hear from you.
$48,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and demonstrated ability to manage store performance.
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of your location, including:
We’re looking for someone who is:
Previous experience in retail management, wireless/cellular sales, electronics repair, consumer electronics, store operations, sales management, customer service management, or inventory management is preferred.
Electronics repair experience is helpful, but strong leadership, sales ability, and operational management experience are equally important.
A successful Store Manager knows what is happening in their store.
You should know what came in, what was completed, what remains open, why it remains open, and what needs to happen next.
You will be responsible for developing a team that consistently delivers strong sales performance, excellent customer service, quality repairs, accurate Work Orders, timely customer communication, strong customer reviews, accurate inventory, and consistent execution of company processes.
We believe great managers don’t simply identify problems—they take ownership of solving them.
Our Store Managers are expected to communicate, coach, follow up, verify completion, and create accountability.
Delegation is part of leadership, but delegation does not eliminate management accountability.
If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of a business, develop a team, drive results, and directly impact your store’s success, we’d like to meet you.
