Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and supervising team tasks.
• Monitor customer service, coach staff, and drive store performance.
• Learn SOPs and utilize HR/people management systems.
